Property listings site OnTheMarket.com recently announced a new CEO and a new direction.
Incoming CEO Jason Tebb will take up his new role on December 14th 2020. Jason has a wealth of experience in property having previously been Group COO of Ultimate Holdings, founder of Ivy Gate (an estate and letting agency backed by former Dragon, James Caan) and as Regional Managing Director at LSL Property Services PLC. He was also an area director at Chestertons, and held various positions at Foxtons.
On the Market recently reported that it generated over 2 million leads, with an average of 148 leads per advertiser. Visits to the groups websites also increased to 27.5 million for the month while its advertisers have grown to approximately 14,000.
On his appointment Jason Tebb said:
